Program Development

A six-month community-centered program design engagement for foundations and organizations building new initiatives. The engagement begins with a structured community listening phase, moves through a co-design process with foundation leadership and organizational partners, and produces a complete program framework: theory of change, logic model, intended impact statement, outcome indicators, and implementation roadmap. 

A facilitated leadership alignment session, one document revision, and embedded advisory support through early program launch are included. 

Pricing is tiered by initiative scope: $54,000 for single-site initiatives, $72,000 for multi-site or multi-grantee initiatives, and custom fees for regional or systems-level work. Eligible grant categories: program design and development, community engagement, capacity building, planning and evaluation, organizational effectiveness.
