
A six-month leadership development engagement for executive directors and senior organizational leaders. Biweekly one-hour sessions with a dedicated thinking partner outside the organizational structure. The engagement does not follow a fixed curriculum. It follows the leader. Session documentation and asynchronous support between sessions are included.
At the six-month mark the engagement is reviewed and may be extended by mutual agreement.
Total investment: $7,500. Six-month minimum. Eligible grant categories: leadership development, executive development, organizational capacity building.
